VR01 - Health & Safety, As it applies to Roadside/Recovery tasks VR02 - Customer Service requirements VR03 - Roadside Assessment The Core Modules are the corner stone and starting point of all roadside/recovery training. They cover the essential Health & Safety legislation, Customer Service requirements and Roadside Safety considerations which anyone working in a Roadside/Recovery situation must be aware of in order to the job in a safe, skilled and professional way. On successful completion the candidate will be a qualified Vehicle Roadside Technician and will be registered and recognized as such by the IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery), PAS 43 & NHSS 17 (b). 14 Driver CPC hours can be included if requested at time of booking IVR Certification included Please contact us with any questions you have
